Web Portal

A web portal is a hub website that brings information together from multiple sources and presents that information in an organized way. A web portal provides users with a convenient entryway to a variety of information, tools, links, and more. Commonly recognized examples of web portals are search engines, e-commerce sites, email providers, news feeds, databases, media providers, and more. Also known as online portals, web portals are designed to offer users easy access to an assortment of the most commonly used types of information and services.
