WhiteHat Security CEO Named one of 2009 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley
Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal Honors Stephanie Fohn Among Other
Outstanding Corporate and Community Leaders
 SANTA CLARA, CA. – March 9, 2009 – WhiteHat Security, the leading provider of website security solutions, today announced that the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal named the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Stephanie Fohn, as one of the publication’s 2009 Women of Influence. The Award honors 100 outstanding women who are featured in the Women of Influence special supplement in the March 6th issue of the Business Journal. The Award recipients will also be honored at a reception on March 18th at The Fairmont Hotel in San Jose.
As WhiteHat’s CEO, Stephanie Fohn formulates the company’s strategic direction and heads the management team responsible for execution of the corporate vision. Fohn’s resume reflects her extensive experience in high technology. Her early career success as a technology investor set the stage for a number of high-profile executive positions. Her experience with start-ups in particular has earned her recognition in the industry. Over the past decade, she co-founded two companies and served as president and COO of SecurityFocus, where she played a prominent role in the company’s acquisition by Symantec in 2002.
 Fohn joined WhiteHat in 2004 and has been instrumental in positioning the company as the gold standard in the Web security field. WhiteHat has accomplished many notable achievements under Fohn’s leadership.
